November 2022 The kids are always making forts Working his way through his Halloween candy-for breakfast Happy 8th birthday to Matthew! Matthew is such a fun kid to have around. He is insatiably curious and obsessed with playing games. He has made leaps and bounds at school as he has opened up more and gets used to how the classroom runs (1-3 are all in the same classroom, so he's feeling much more comfortable this year). He is brilliant-consistently testing in the 98th-99th percentile for math and reading, and it feels like he just can't help himself. He seems to want to know everything. If anything is broken-or he thinks it might be-he is quick to grab the screwdrivers and take it apart to try and fix it. Luckily, he's usually pretty good about putting it back together.
