Visitors cont'd

The weekend was another win for this Glenn family. Stephen had one more night in town, so Andrew and I drove up north to get in some quality time. We got pizza, chips and ice cream (win-win right there), then proceeded to play a riveting game of trivial pursuit with Stephen's sister-in-law. Andrew and I are geniuses so I'm sure you can guess how that one ended (I won't bore you with the details). We spent the night up there so that we'd be close to the Houston temple the next day. It was wonderful to feel so at peace and to enjoy the beauty of the temple. We're so glad that we got to spend more time with Stephen, plus it was a nice mini-vacation for us. We're getting used to this life of constant visitors, so someone else needs to come see us soon!

Visitors :D

We were so spoiled this past weekend. My mom came down for Time Out for Women, and Andrew's brother came for some work things. I got to spend lots of time with my mom (and Lori) on Friday and Saturday. We squeezed in a little shopping and a tasty trip to Panera. It was wonderful to have some in town, and we get to hang out with Stephen again before he leaves. Thanks for all the good eats and good times. We love our family!

I forgot to take lots of pictures, so here are some I found on the internet: Ok, fine. This one isn't from the internet.       I know these pictures aren't THAT good, but you get the idea. It's a huge mall that has 3 stories of shopping plus a couple more for offices and boring stuff. Each floor is probably three times the size of a floor in a regular mall. On the way home, once we were about 2 minutes from our apartment, we got stuck at the railroad tracks. The train was NOT moving. Here's how we entertained ourselves for 15 minutes: On Saturday, Andrew became acquainted with Texas thunderstorms, so we decided not to go to Galveston that day. Ha! Then on Monday we went to the Houston Museum of Natural Science. We decided that it was ov...
