Adaline's Baby Blessing

It's been a crazy two weeks!

All of Andrew's siblings and the majority of my family all came into town June 21-22 for Adaline's baby blessing and the Glenn family reunion. I love my family! ALL of them. I had so much fun in Heber City with the Glenns and then in Colorado Springs with the Reeves. I can't wait to tell you all about it. But for now I'll keep it short.

Andrew blessed Adaline on Sunday, June 23rd. I had to wake Adaline up and she was taking so long to eat that I told everyone else to go ahead and get seats. My dad stayed back to wait for us and we finally left for church right about 9 o'clock. When we were a block a way, I see Andrew walking toward us looking rather worried. He told me that they'd had to postpone the blessing because we didn't make it in time. So Andrew got to bless her after the sacrament. A few of the men in the circle apparently had their eyes open because many of them reported that Adaline stared at Andrew through the entire blessing. I thought that was pretty neat. It was a beautiful blessing and I am so grateful for Andrew and for all the wonderful things in store for Miss Adaline.

After church the Reeves clan came over for some bbq pulled pork sandwiches and we played games, went on walks, and took naps. It was a great day.

in the chair I'm standing on, Harris sleeping on the couch to
the right, my dad asleep on mine and Andrew's bed, and
Adaline asleep in her crib. Who knew the little old green house
sleeps nine?
