Continuing with our rather exciting month of May where we are never home, we went camping this past weekend a while ago! A group of around 20 people from our old singles ward decided to go camping up in Maple Canyon like we did last year and we had tons of fun. We don't get to see all of them that much what with being married and all, and we just loved it. We had great food, went on a 5 mile hike, had a snowball fight, told stories around the campfire...everything you're supposed to do when you go camping. Oh! and last year we went on my birthday so they made we a cobbler and put candles in it. When we pulled them out only the wick was left...gross. Anyway, we didn't go on my birthday this year but they made me a cobbler anyway and sang happy birthday to me. It was awesome, I like them all so much. :D

THEN, we went to DISNEYLAND with the Fishes!! Only the happiest place on earth. It was actually a blast. We planned out our days (and fast passes) so that we never waited more than about 30 minutes for a ride. I loved how it was basically diving into all of my favorite movies coming to life. And the best parts were when we were with the kids because they had great reactions to everything (ex: "mom, was that your best ride!?!") I'd say we'll have to go again sometime but they just raised the prices a whole bunch so I don't know about that...
Well, just as our epic vacationing days ended, I found myself with two jobs and I husband I rarely see. Our days go something like this:

Thank goodness we aren't like all those weird people that wear matching clothes at Disneyland... |
Well, just as our epic vacationing days ended, I found myself with two jobs and I husband I rarely see. Our days go something like this:
- Wake up and run/walk unless it's Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or sometimes Tuesday
- Sarah goes to Gold's Gym to work at the day care and Andrew goes to campus working in the lab or doing research
- Sarah heads over to BYU to wait for her other job to start and sometimes gets to hang out with Andrew for a quick lunc
- Then, Sarah feeds the cute EFY chillins some delicious grub and wraps up the day around 7:30
- By now I'm too tired to do anything even though Andrew always wants to go to Trafalga/go on a walk/ride bikes/go to the library....so I usually just call it a night
I kinda miss that guy, I hope to see him in Houston. Oh and more details on our Houston adventure coming soon.
